IMCruz moves forward implementing our Stock Audit module in every store.
Riding the momentum of the recent success in rolling out the whole national inventory audit, IMCruz focuses the same exercise unto the local operation, installing it as a recurring process. OSA Andes keeps growing!
On our last endeavour, María Inés Carrasco, Chief of National Retail at IMCruz, made it clear: “I need to implement this!”
Well, we did.
With 10 stock audits completed successfully to the date, with 36 stores and other venues on board, scoring higher than 98% on counted stock and proving that the match between physical and systemic stock fluctuates between a 77% and a 87%, we can now finally say with confidence:
The Stock Audit module is up and running!
And now we’re heading for implementing our Unit Control Module ;).
