This time we took only one week to fully coordinate and perfectly execute a company-wide stock count.

IMCruz, with help from Dipcones, once again aimed for a general stock count using OSA Andes, including all stores and car dealer branches nationwide. With just a week of preparation and in a single working day, everything was done perfectly.

Practice makes perfect. We repeated the same exercise we did last January 2023 and managed to improve our times. Everything we learned during the first general nationwide stock count was applied to the configuration and coordination process, allowing us to address all potential conflicts befores time, thus making the counting of stock a smooth and efficient experience.

They successfully registered the physical status of more than 4500 units, within more than 40 different venues all along the country of Bolivia, and contrasted them against the ERP’s systemic information in half a working day, leaving the rest of the day to resolve every mismatch..
